This policy explains what information Sanduq, a point of sale service provided by CircleXO, collects and how it is used.
What we collect
Your name, email and sign-in details, and the business data you enter such as products, stock, sales, shifts and staff. Basic technical logs are kept to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the service, keep it secure, support you and improve it. We do not sell your data.
Signing in with CircleXO
If you choose Continue with CircleXO, we receive your name and verified email from your CircleXO account to sign you in. We never see your CircleXO password.
Separation between businesses
Each business is isolated at the database level. Staff of one business cannot see another business's data.
Cookies
We use a sign-in cookie and a cookie that remembers your language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your account data. Business owners can export their reports at any time.
