These terms apply when you use Sanduq, a point of sale service provided by CircleXO. By creating an account or using a business on Sanduq you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password and sign-in methods safe. Give accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your business and your data
The products, sales, customers and staff you enter remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to enter them and for complying with the tax, receipt and consumer rules that apply to your business.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes one register and one branch. Pro removes those limits and adds a custom domain. Plan prices are shown on the pricing section and may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access another business's data, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend a business that does.
Availability
We work to keep Sanduq available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. Keep your own records for anything you are legally required to retain.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will show the date above. You can stop using Sanduq at any time, and we may end access for a breach of these terms.
